Small Business Saturday - A Guide to Caistor.

This weekend, in celebration of Small Business Saturday and Caistor Christmas Light Switch On, shop in-store with 15% off, both Saturday and Sunday (see opening hours above.)

We thought we'd give you some more reasons to make a trip to our beautiful market town. Here's our pick of places to visit in Caistor...

Stalf.

Obviously we think our beautiful space is worth the trip all on its own- try on our made-to order garments in the most beautiful space, shop our selection of handmade items from other small brands and makers and visit The Pink Studio, where every Stalf garment is handmade from start to finish.

Pig and Poke

Our neighbours at the Pig and Poke have a cosy little shop packed full of festive trinkets and candles, gifts and local makers' wares. Don't forget the homemade cake!

Drake's Drum

Just up in the smaller market place, off South Street is Drake's Drum. This teenie shop is a treasure trove of pretty antique finds and furniture.

Sweetie Belles

Next door to Drake's Drum is our very own, traditional sweet shop. Filled to bursting with a rainbow array of sweeties! A feast for the eyes and the tastebuds.

Sandhams Wine Merchants

UK reknowned, and home to beers, wines, spirits and liqueurs from around the world. 100% worth a browse of these shelves to find your festive tipple of choice.

Bricktree Gallery

Bricktree Gallery sits just tucked away down the hill from us here at Stalf. Sarah curated a selection of original art, handmade decor and unique pieces.

Paisley and Rose

We love Paisley and Rose for their beautifully bustling window displays, selection of fair trade gifts and Moroccan cement tiles.

The Side by Side

At the end of the day, pop by The Side by Side on South Street for a well-earned cocktail, expertly mixed by super-friendly staff in this cosy little bar.

It's also worth mentioning that Caistor's market place hosts a wonderful Saturday market including a classic fruit and veg stall, butchers van and cake stall.

Homemade sausage rolls from Helz Kitchen (Market Place) also get a notable mention, along with Fish and Chips from Micks Chips (Market Place) a cosy pint in the White Hart Pub (South Street) and coffee and cake in the Heritage Centre (Plough Hill).

Light switch on is at 4pm, Sunday 5th December in Caistor Market Place. Stalls open from 1pm.
